BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Former Vice-Principal of Fairfax Middle School has pleaded no contest in a molestation case.
Donald Ricketts entered a plea of no contest to one count of lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14 years of age. Five other charges and one misdemeanor were dropped.
In 2011, three girls accused Ricketts of sexually molesting them when they were minors.
Police said Ricketts allegedly molested the victims at his church and others happened on school grounds.

Ricketts initially pleaded not guilty in his arraignment hearing in July 2011.

Ricketts is expected back in court on Oct. 23, 2013.
