Former teacher Brandi Sherman to face judge for DUI charges

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - A former Bakersfield teachers is scheduled to face a judge today for a fourth DUI charge.
Brandi Sherman was arrested last week on an outstanding DUI warrant and is now facing two felony charges.
Sherman is expected to enter a plea at 3 p.m.
Since 2011, Sherman has been convicted of three DUIs.
Sherman resigned earlier this month from her teaching position at the Community Learning Center on 34th Street.
