Free 101 Auto Buying workshop held in Bakersfield
Class will show what to expect while car shopping

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Kern Schools Federal Credit Union is hosting a free Auto Buying 101 workshop today.
This workshop is designed to help potential car buyers through the auto purchasing in order for the right decision to be made.
The Senior Vice-President of Lending and Credit at Kern Schools will review several key topics including how to determine the amount you can afford, whether trading in your used vehicle is profitable, the importance of pre-approval, leasing versus buying, what to examine when taking a test drive, plus more.
All attendees will receive a $50 credit to the Kern Schools savings account if they finance their vehicle with Kern Schools by May 31.
The Auto Buying 101 class will be held April 25 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Kern Schools' Panama Branch located at 5001 Panama Lane. Those interested can sign-up by calling 833-7900 or by going online at www.ksfcu.org.
