Gas prices drop sharply in California

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Gasoline prices have decreased nearly forty cents since hitting a record high earlier this month.
According to GasBuddy.com , Costco at Panama Lane is still one of the cheapest places to purchase gas, with a cost of $3.89 per gallon. At the beginning of October, gas prices at this Costco were forty cents higher.
Costco on Rosedale Highway, the Gasco on South Oswell Street, and Sam's Club on Gosford Road all offer gas at a price of $3.89 per gallon, as well.
