BAKERSFIELD - One lane of Highway 58 was closed east of Bakersfield after a hill caught fire.
The highway was closed east of Bena Road Wednesday night. All lanes have reopened. The slow lane is expected to open at 10 a.m.
A semi truck carrying produce caught fire just after 11 p.m. Wednesday. The fire spread to nearby grass.
