TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Here are the best recent home video releases:

Everybody Wants Some

Writer/director Richard Linklater follows up "Dazed and Confused," his beloved comedy about 1970s high school life, with an equally period detail-rich take on 1980s college adventures. He rounds up a cast of non-stars for a sweet yet raunchy coming-of-age tale about a freshman pitcher (Blake Jenner) who struggles to fit in with his new living arrangements, teammate pecking order and love life. Flowing with Linklater's typically brilliant dialogue, this overlooked gem is well worth checking out. Blu-ray/digital copy extras include deleted scenes, outtakes, making-of featurettes and a look at the costumes were created.

Lego DC Comics Super Heroes -- Justice League: Gotham City Breakout

Lego movies based on the DC universe are always winning and thrilling charmers, and the latest release, centered on Batman's beloved rogue's gallery, is no different. When Batman tries to take a vacation, his archenemies take advantage and run roughshod, sparking Batman's hero trainees, as well as the Justice League, into action. The Blu-ray/DVD/digital copy combo boats a Nightwing minifigure.
