Hundreds of Bakersfield students, teachers, and veterans join to honor veterans early

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Hundreds of students were joined by their teachers and veterans as they held a ceremony on Wednesday morning to honor those who have fought for our country.
Music and applause filled the air at Quailwood Elementary school as local heroes were honored in an early Veteran's Day Celebration.
In addition to Quailwood Elementary, students from Bakersfield High R.O.T.C. and Fruitvale Middle School took part in the ceremony.
