BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The bail remains the same for the local attorney accused of killing his wife.
Mark Madrigali was in court this morning as prosecutors tried to get his bail increased to two million dollars, but it was denied.
It remains at a million and a half.
Madrigali is charged with first degree murder for allegedly gunning down and killing his wife.
Two other felony counts he was facing were dropped earlier this week.
