BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - A Kern County jury found Jesus Aragon guilty of the murder of Francisco Flores.
The jury also found Aragon personally discharged a firearm that resulted in death.
Aragon was found guilty for his role in the July 18, 2012 murder of Flores, a reserve Kern County Sheriff's Deputy, while Flores worked as a security supervisor at the Mercado Latina Plaza on Edison Highway.
Flores suffered fatal gunshot wounds approximately one hour after ejecting Aragon and his party for causing a disturbance at the Tacos Los Amigos restaurant.
