BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -
Donations are pouring in for a local man who lost his leg in a motorcycle wreck last September.
Darrell Houchin needs a prosthetic leg but his insurance doesn't cover the cost for one.
Kelley's Cafe is raising money to help him pay for it and employees were out yesterday collecting donations.
So far, the community has donated $7,600.
That includes a $5,000 donation from Achilles Prosthetics.
But, Houchin still needs more than $8,000.
If you would like to help stop by Kelley's Cafe to donate.
