Kentucky Fried Chicken closures in Kern County

Driving around town the past couple of days, you may have noticed multiple Kentucky Fried Chicken fast food restaurants have closed their doors.
Employees here in Bakersfield tell 23ABC the majority of the restaurants in Kern County closed their doors on Saturday.
Workers tell us that the Bakersfield KFC locations are operated by D and D Foods and are unsure why the locations have closed.
The three locations that remain open in town are on Brundage Lane, Columbus street and White Lane.
