Man reportedly fell into Kern River Canyon

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Kern County Sheriff's confirm that Search and Rescue crews are searching for a man who slipped off the side of the Kern River Canyon.
Officials say it happened just before 2 a.m.
Sheriff's deputies say the man had been pulled over about four miles from the entrance of the canyon.
The man was outside of his car and apparently slipped.
