BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Do you love the outdoors and want to volunteer some time to the community?
Kern Valley Search and Rescue Team is looking for volunteers to join their team.
Next Wednesday, Search and Rescue will be holding a meeting for volunteers who are interested in being part of a close knit highly trained team.
The team is looking to fill five non-paid positions.
Training is starting for the coming water year.
The meeting will be held at its facilities in Lake Isabella at 7 p.m.
