Lane closures on SR 99 near Goshen

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -
The Department of Transportation (Caltrans) announces a scheduled lane closure on northbound State Route 99, just north of Betty Drive near Goshen, within Tulare County to allow construction crews to conduct pavement replacement operations.
The following lane closure is scheduled to take place beginning tomorrow, weather permitting:
Northbound State Route 99, left lane near Goshen, just north of Betty Drive, will be closed beginning Thursday evening, Nov. 1, at 7:00 p.m. to Friday morning, Nov. 2, at 6:00 a.m.
Northbound State Route 99, left lane near Goshen, just north of Betty Drive, will be closed beginning Friday evening, Nov. 2nd, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. to Saturday afternoon, Nov. 3rd, 2012 at 3:00 p.m.
Northbound State Route 99, left lane near Goshen, just north of Betty Drive, will be closed beginning Monday evening, Nov. 5th, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. to Tuesday morning, Nov. 6th, 2012 at 6:00 a.m.
State Route 99 will be reduced to one lane in this area during work times.
Commuters will experience delays and are encouraged to avoid this area and use alternate routes if possible. Detour signs will be onsite to assist drivers with an alternate route.
Caltrans Construction workers remind you to drive with extra care and allow additional travel time while traveling through this closure.
Please be alert for Construction vehicles and personnel and “Slow for the Cone Zone.”
