BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The 911 tape of the phone call to dispatch regarding the Telegraph Avenue shooting has been released.
On June 12, at about 4 a.m., Bakersfield police went to Telegraph Avenue in response to a 911 call where a man told dispatchers, 'My wife has been shot'.
Upon arrival, officers found a woman suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. Officers also arrested local attorney, 58-year-old Mark Madrigali.

At this time, the victim of the shooting is still listed in critical condition at Kern Medical Center.
