OILDALE, Calif. - Local bikers brought special Easter happiness to kids in Oildale, Saturday, presenting hundreds of Easter baskets to the Salvation Park for the second annual Bakersfield Bunny Run.
Hell's Angels and other local biker clubs teamed up with Operation Soul Winners to wrap more than 300 goody baskets for children who may not be lucky enough to receive gifts during the Easter celebrations.
"We're out here to share the joy of Easter and take these Easter baskets and give something tangible to the less fortunate," said Jerry Dove from Soldiers for Jesus M.C. Bakersfield. "To know what Easter's all about."
The hundreds of baskets of joy are sure to bring happiness and good vibes to kids in Oildale - still the bikers told 23ABC they hope to gather even more gifts for next year's Bunny Run event.
