BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - A Bakersfield man is facing charges in Los Angeles after officers said he stabbed a man after a Pop Warner football game.

The L.A. Times reported a 24-year-old Jose de Jesus Ruiz went to the game last Saturday in Bell Gardens.
