BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Sunday marked a day of fun and games, but most importantly a message of hope and resilience as "Operation Soul Winner" aimed to help the troubled youth of Kern County.
The local organization has been traveling all around the county hoping to bring support for at-risk youth, along with all their fun events.
This has been especially important to organizers after two young boys were shot and killed here in Kern County.
