BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Saturday marks the 72nd anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor.
23ABC sat down with 92-year-old Alfred Rodrigues who survived the attack and reflected on that infamous day.
"We could actually see the bombing that was going on," said Rodrigues.
Rodrigues is just one of two Kern County survivors who can still reflect on the attack of Pearl Harbor. Joseph Licastro is the other remaining survivor.
Tomorrow both survivors will be at the Union Cemetery on Potomac Avenue to help commemorate the attack. The ceremony will begin promptly at 9:55, the time of the first attack.
