Man accused of robbing Joinus Beauty Supply

The Bakersfield Police Department is requesting the community’s assistance in identifying a man accused of robbing Joinus Beauty Supply.

On Nov. 8, officers of the Bakersfield Police Department were sent to Joinus Beauty Supply, located at 3719 Wilson Road, C #1.

Officials said the unidentified man entered the business armed with a firearm and demanded money. The clerk complied and the suspect fled the business with an undisclosed amount of currency.

The suspect is described as Black, in his 20s, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 170 lbs., unshaven; wearing a Washington Nationals baseball hat, black hooded sweatshirt, dark jeans and white tennis shoes.
