BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - A Bakersfield business owner learned his punishment for stabbing a man at a downtown bar.
Antonia Saldana was given three years probation this morning. He pleaded no contest to assault with a deadly weapon.
Saldana was arrested in the summer of 2013. Officials said he stabbed a man in the head and neck with a paint scraper at Guthrie's Alley Cat.
In exchange for the plea, charges for attempted murder and concealing evidence were dropped.
