A man was arrested and four juveniles were detained following a shooting near Towerline Road.
At about 10:10 p.m. Wednesday, deputies from the Lamont Substation were sent to the area of Towerline and Muller roads regarding an illegal shooting.
Deputies said they found a vehicle, matching the description provided by a witness, leaving the area.
A high-risk traffic stop was conducted on Highway 58, just west of Towerline Road.
Abel Godinez, 34, and four juveniles were detained.
Deputies located four firearms and ammunition in the vehicle.
Godinez was arrested on weapons charges including felon in possession of a firearm, felon in possession of ammunition, possession of a stolen property, and other misdemeanor charges.
He was booked into the Central Receiving Facility.
The juveniles were released to parents at the scene.
