BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - A man arrested after a four-year-old was found unconscious at an apartment complex back in June of 2011 has entered a plea in court.
Fernando Lopez pleaded no contest to willful cruelty to a child.
The Bakersfield Fire Department and Hall Ambulance responded to the apartment complex in the 3700 block of Q Street on reports of an unconscious four-year-old on June 1, 2011.
