BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -
A man was found dead at a truck stop near Shafter, Saturday afternoon.
On Dec. 29, at about 4 p.m., deputies went to the Flying J Travel Plaza on Zachary Avenue regarding an injured man.
When officials arrived they said they found a 31-year-old Prabhjot Singh dead in the parking lot suffering from obvious trauma.
Officials said the man has not been identified and an autopsy will be scheduled to determine cause of death.
The investigation is ongoing.
