Man found unconscious on Real Road in Bakersfield
Witnesses: 3 suspects fled the scene

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Officials said a man was found laying unconscious outside of an apartment complex in the 500 block of Real Road at about 8 a.m on Saturday.
Witnesses reported that three suspects had hit the man in the head and fled the scene.
The suspects were last seen traveling southbound on Real Road.
