ROSEDALE, Calif. - The local man hit by an Amtrak train in Rosedale last Thursday has died.
The victim has been identified as Bobby Garcia.
According to an Amtrak spokesperson, the train was carrying passengers from Oakland, when it struck Garcia near Rosedale and Jewetta.
Garcia's legs were severed in the accident. He died on Friday.
