BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - A local man who was severely beaten in a downtown alley back in July is showing signs of recovery, according to the family's lawyer.
David Traver is reportedly semi-conscious and was even sitting in a chair for a short time yesterday.
Traver was beaten on July 18 in an alley on 20th St. and Eye Street. Five people, including a security guard from Sandrini's, are facing charges in the attack.
