BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -  

A man was found with gunshot wounds in his leg, buttocks and groin area early Sunday morning.

Deputies responded to 1501 Ming Ave regarding a victim of a shooting at about 3:19 a.m. 

When they arrived, they located 22-year-old Spencer Rodgers inside apartment number two. 

Rodgers suffered from gunshot wounds to his right upper leg, buttocks, and groin. 

He was treated at KMC and is in stable condition. 

During the investigation, deputies located a crime scene in the 1900 block of South J Street. 

Rodgers was uncooperative with the investigation, and there are no suspects.  The investigation is ongoing.
