Mark Madrigali, attorney accused of gunning down wife, out of jail

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Mark Madrigali is no longer an inmate in the in the Kern County Jail.
On July 11, his wife, 51-year-old Trivia Jean Madrigali died due to complications from a shotgun wound.
Trivia was allegedly shot by Mark in the chest on June 12.
According to court documents, Madrigali had a small arsenal inside his home.

Police said they got a 911 call from the home at 3:43 a.m., June 12.

Police said when the first officers arrived they saw Madrigali walking out the front door. They put him in cuffs while they cleared the house for other possible suspects.
Inside they found Trivia Madrigali lying in the living room with a shotgun blast to the chest. Cops said they also found a spent shotgun shell next to her.
Police said they eventually recovered 12 firearms, including six handguns, 5 shotguns, and an assault rifle, all were legally registered to Mark Madrigali.
Trivia was rushed to KMC. Police found no other suspects and arrested Mark for attempted murder.
