BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -
A major upgrade is being performed on the Flight Information Display and Paging Systems in the William M. Thomas Terminal at Meadows Field Airport.
The Department of Airports has contracted with Com-Net Software, Inc. to provide upgrades to both systems that will result in greater accuracy, timeliness, reliability, flexibility, and cost savings.
The timing of the upgrades are planned to avoid inconvenience to passengers or others using the terminal, but department staff recommends being alert to signage in the terminal advising contact with airline ticket agents.
