BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The community is invited to attend “Surviving the Holidays,” a seminar for people facing the holidays after the loss of a loved one presented by Mercy’s Hospice Care, on Monday, Nov. 5 at 6 PM.

The event will be held at the Mercy Conference Center, 1600 D Street, across the street from Mercy Hospital Downtown.

Guest presenter Dr. H. Norman Wright will share his thoughts on dealing with grief, especially during the holiday season. A group discussion is also planned and light refreshments will be served.
