Middle school, junior high students united for choir festival

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The Bakersfield City School District held its Fifth Annual Junior High and Middle School Choir Festival at Sierra Middle School's Auditorium on Thursday morning.
The event brought together all junior high and middle school choir students from throughout the district so they could learn together under the instruction of a selected choral clinician and guest conductor.
This year's guest conductor was Mr. Eric Maine, the director of choirs at Foothill High School.
