BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - With only 14 days left until Christmas, Monday is expected to be the busiest shipping day of the year.

Fedex is expecting to move more than 19 million boxes, that's 200 per second.

If they meet the 19 million mark it will be a new record for the shipping company, last year they handled 17 million packages on their busiest day.

A key factor in Monday's package pandemonium is the fact that it's also Green Monday, the day retailers offer the same or even better deals on their products.

America's biggest retailer, Walmart, says Monday will be it's busiest online shopping day of the season.

Experts predict over one billion dollars will be spent online for green Monday.

According to Fedex the last day to ship your presents before Christmas is December 17 via standard ground shipping.
