BAKERSFIELD - The man wanted for the murder of Terry Ellis has turned himself into police.
Cory Hunter surrendered today and was charged with murder, conspiracy, gang participation, and possession of a fire-arm as a felon.
A second suspect--- Jamal Epps is already in custody.
Terry Ellis was shot to death on Halloween night behind his apartment complex on Pacheco road.
Investigators say Ellis was hanging out with friends, when Epps and Hunter walked up--- and without saying a word--- just opened fire on him.
They are being held on 685-thousand dollars bail and will be in court next month.
