Build it and they will come.

It has been over 2 decades since the football field at Frazier Mountain High School has been renovated. After countless volunteer hours and donations, the highly-anticipated new field has arrived.

Football Coach, Marc Sandall, has been with the team for two seasons now and has seen the before and after picture of the field. He says the community really came together to make this happen.

"It's a great feeling because it's a sense of accomplishment with all that volunteers do. Nobody got paid to do this."

Frazier Park now has a renovated football stadium and opening night cannot come soon enough for this community.

"I spent a lot of time up here after practice and on the weekends to shape it up and rake it and get rocks up and it just seems like it never ends but it was a labor of love. I think all the kids from here on out for the years to come will have an enjoyable surface to play on."

Only 300 students attend this high school that lives within the hills of Frazier Park.

A Go-Fund-Me account has been created in order to continue renovating the schools installations, as well as equipment. Coach Sandall is also hopeful of receiving possible aid from the newly-situated LA Rams.

Sandall can already picture his team coming out to debut on their new field within the couple of weeks and what he'll be telling them.

"You got new grass so let's have a new attitude and take the field storming like a bunch of warriors."
