BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - A child abduction prevention and evasion program will be held on Friday, Oct. 12.
The program will explain the most up-to-date methods for abduction prevention tactics followed by Universal Studios Dr. Seuss' The Lorax.
The event will start at 6:45 p.m. at The Bright House Networks Amphitheatre.
