BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control's Bakersfield agents posted a 45 day suspension notice at Oak Lane Liquor located at 724 Oak Street. Agents say the suspension is indefinite.
Agents said multiple issues related to stolen property have been occurring.
The Bakersfield Police Department reports that on three separate occasions, the liquor store owner purchased purportedly stolen property from an undercover Bakersfield Police Department detective.
