BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Tomorrow marks the third anniversary of the passage of Obamacare.
But happening today, Healthcare advocates are holding events across the state celebrating the bill, including one in Bakersfield.
Community leaders are hosting an event at greater Bakersfield legal assistance on California Avenue, between R and S Streets.
The event begins at noon and will feature a live countdown clock to January 1, 2014, which is when the so called Obamacare goes into effect in California.
