A police officer in Nevada is in hot water over a beating that was caught on camera.

In the video from the dash cam, officers are seen pointing a gun at the driver, Adam Greene.

They then pulled him out of the car and wrestled him to the ground and that's when Sergeant Brett Seekatz repeatedly kicked Greene in the head.

Officials said Greene was experiencing diabetic shock at the time.

Seekatz got a slap on the wrist at the time for his actions, but is now being investigated by a grand jury.
