BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Bakersfield Police Department confirmed that two deaths that occurred are now listed as a homicide and suicide.
Autopsies were performed on 44-year-old Maria Medina and 52-year-old Adan Miramontes and it was confirmed each died of a gunshot wound to the head on Monday, Oct. 8.
The mode of death for Medina is homicide and the mode of death for Miramontes is suicide.
