OILDALE, Calif. - A knocked-out power grid in Oildale left more than a hundred people without electricity last night.
The power went out after an Excavater hit some over-head wires on the south side of Olive Drive last night, just west of the 99 on-ramp.
It left many homes and businesses along the south side of Olive Drive without electricity for about two hours.
Power was restored and the accident is not expected to cause any problems during the morning commute.
