On-ramp to Hwy 58 at Union closed after accident

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The California Highway Patrol has shut down the on ramp to Hwy 58 at Union this afternoon.
On Feb. 18, at about 12 p.m., the CHP said a vehicle rolled over and down the embankment.
No injuries were reported. The CHP has not released a time for when the ramp will reopen.
