One of the men suspected of a wild chase in Arvin entered a plea in court

Bail is set for 1 Million Dollars

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Steven Lujan is accused of breaking into an Arvin home and sexually assaulted the homeowner, before being shot by her son. 

Sheriff's deputies said Lujan and Rene Gomez robbed a freeway Express Market in Mettler then caused a rollover  car crash. 

After that is when officials said Lujan broke into the home. 

Yesterday Lujan entered a not guilty plea and his bail is set for nearly one million dollars.
