Panaman-Buena Vista School Board members to vote on boundary changes

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Panama-Buena Vista School board members approved new boundaries Wednesday night.

Supporters of the changes said it will help overcrowding.

Opponents, including dozens of parents, said it will put displaced students at a disadvantage. It could tear apart friends who have attended the same schools for years.
