PG&E donates $10,000 to Honor Flight organization
Local veterans get huge donation for Honor Flight

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Thursday morning PG&E says they will donate $10,000 to the Honor Flight organization, a group dedicated to helping veterans see their D.C. memorials.
Honor Flight has flown more than 110 local veterans to the Capitol for free and another flight is tentatively planned for this spring according to Lili Marsh the group's coordinator.
Marsh spoke to 23ABC about how critical donations like this morning's are. Marsh said, "it seems so simple to us, it's a trip to D.C.. A trip back in just a couple days but what this does show them that they're not forgotten."
Honor Flight relies on local donations to send our home town heroes to see the memorials they sacrificed their lives for.
