PG&E summer program to give 50 Bakersfield kids paid internship

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - A local boys and girls club is hosting an event to announce a summer jobs program with PG&E.

The PG&E summer jobs program will provide work training to more than 250 Bakersfield kids.

The top 50 will then be given a summer paid internship.

The event will be held at the Boys and Girls Club Armstrong Youth Center at 2:15 p.m.
