BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Our Lady of the Guadalupe is finishing phase one of construction.
The church is building a new facility because faith leaders are running out of room for its congregation.
The cost for phase one is more than three million dollars.
Faith leaders have spent the last 8 years raising money. They have raised about 3.7 million dollars.
On any given Sunday it sees about four thousand visitors.
