CALIFORNIA CITY, Calif. -  

The California City Police Department arrested a man in connection with at least eleven business and house burglaries over the past month.

Police said 30-year-old Vearl Jasperson was identified from surveillance footage as the suspect of a recent burglary from a business in the Aspen Mall.

On Feb. 12, at about 2:00 p.m., Officials said Jasperson was found and arrested on California City Blvd.

Police said they also found several pieces of copper tubing that was stolen in one of the burglaries.

According to authorities, Jasperson was wanted for a parole violation, and booked for eleven counts of burglary.

He was booked into Kern County Jail and is being held without bail.
