BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Bakersfield police held a news conference Monday afternoon to announce that no one has been accused of committing any crime in the death of 87-year-old Lorraine Bayless.

Sgt. Jason Matson says all employees at Glenwood Gardens are fully cooperating but they did not release the name of the nurse at the center of the investigation.

"Upon our preliminary investigation to date, we have not found any signs of any criminal misconduct, however the investigation is ongoing. So, with regards to that, there is limited information that I can provide," said Matson.

Matson said the investigation remains open to follow up on other details.
