Police searching for 3 women accused of robbing Dollar General

The Bakersfield Police Department is seeking the community’s assistance in identifying and locating the following suspects wanted on robbery charges. 

Police officials said that on August 6 at about 8:30 p.m., three women entered the Family Dollar General store located at 2667 Mt. Vernon Ave., selected multiple items which they concealed in a basket and handbag.

The women then left the store without paying for the items, according to officials.

When the suspects were confronted by store employees, officials said one of the women attempted to punch the employee.

All three fled from the store with the merchandise.

Officials described the first woman as black, 24 years old, 5 feet 8 inches tall with a thin build. The second woman was described as black, 19 years old, 5 feet 4 inches tall with a medium build. The third woman was described as black, 21 years old, 5 feet 6 inches tall, with a thin build.
